Happy Wednesday POETS
Our celebrated poet this week is the talented Mr +dilip vyas being a poet is more than placing words on the page, it is about reading poetry, understanding poetry - or being open to understanding poetry. Dilip is a talented member of our community and he actively encourages interaction and further thought both on his own poems and on the poems of his peers, he is a valid cog within the workings of us...well done Dilip.
I'm sharing this extremely beautiful poem that dilip wrote earlier in the week, reflective and yet so very emotive...
Momma
-------------------
What do you do when momma goes child again
in old age.?
In extremely old age.
She can't speak more than mere two words
that too with a faltering tongue,
she can't hear the world's concerts and chaos
anymore as her listening is failing.
Momma in a couple of years will be on the biggest ever pilgrimage.
Will have to wait till she returns home.
And she never comes back
this time soon.
At least in this birth.
So will have to wait eternally
for sure.
In momma's
case.

Special mentions
This week, I want to mention those poets who inspire us consistently, who bless our poetic minds time after time. So much talent, so much soul, so much spirit in their writing, in their support to their peers, in their encouragement of others...
+Dasis Leudagar a truly talented writer, Dasis engages within the community offering in depth, insightful interaction among poets. It is entirely our pleasure to have Dasis within our community...well done :)
