Carry oh mighty water
My most desperate plea..
Across the vastness of your oceans
May it survive the depths of your seas.
Imperative that it reaches
Someone.. Anyone..
I can no longer take the loneliness
The silence relentlessly drones.
The bombs fell without warning
Both sides being devastated..
Stupid, wicked, false ego of man
and his arrogance can never be overstated.
As far as I know I am the last
Losing the battle to remain strong..
So carry oh mighty water my last vestige of hope
..find her and prove me wrong.

4. Mastery of the the language in which the poet writes is also important, although we should make some allowances in terms of spelling/grammar for people using English as a second language.
