Until I Sleep

That look in your eyes,
The one that leaves me...
Breathless,
sends me to another place;
Where jasmine petals blossom,
intoxicating my senses
and dark red wine
flows from a fountain.
keeping my glass full for my...
Pleasure.
The touch of your lips on my neck
fills me with butterflies of...
Desire;
Fluttering to a crescendo ..
Down below;
Rising back up to nest in my head,
like wispy vapors.
Your hands caress the curves
of my body, as applying a fine
scented oil....
Teasingly lingering in the moist,
sensitive places.
Moans arising from my throat
and out of my lips,
urging you to satisfy my...
Cravings.
Then I realize I'm dreaming.
You aren't here...never have been.
I cry softly...my dream so clear
and realistic.
I ache for you;
A million miles away.
Never will I meet you....
see you...
feel you.
Our paths have been destined
to never cross...
in this lifetime.
I must find peace and solace
that in my dreams,
we are never apart.
Until I sleep, my love...
Until I sleep.
