These are the guys who give up their time and energy to help run the community, and they absolutely rock! Not only are they fabulously talented individuals, they are also wonderfully helpful, encouraging and supportive....So from myself, Bubbly, Jennifer, Kathir and the whole of POETS...

Want to get a mention in the shout-outs section? Easy just correctly use one of the following categories, micro fiction, your publications/collections, Original art/music.photography, collaboration, spoken word, sonnet or haiku/tanka and you must be an active member, this means you must be sharing your own poetry as well as commenting and plussing the poetry of others
Shout out time! This is to allow us to pause and pay respect to those poets taking poetry outside of the box, driving creativity into new arenas, and equally, those poets that stand proud within the poetic roots that have created the very foundations we write from today.

Criteria for Poet of the Week Selection:
1. The poet has written a great and original poem.
2. The poet spends some time reading and commenting to encourage and support other members.
3. Mastery of the the language in which the poet writes is also important, although we should make some allowances in terms of spelling/grammar for people using English as a second language.
