Poet of the week 80!
In celebration of this being our 80th Poet of the week, we are celebrating a whole bunch of you! The old, the young, the new, the wise and the creative in no particular order! So many of you are worthy poets, this week alone I have had the pleasure of reading some truly amazingly crafted pieces that make me proud to be a poet!*

To be considered for Poet of the Week or a special mention, you must be an active member within the community, interacting with your peers, encouraging and supporting other poets. (More details can be found by scrolling down)
We actively encourage interaction between poets here within the community. Not only does this create a friendly community but also gives us an exciting and inspirational environment to feed our creative souls.

Criteria for Poet of the Week Selection:
1. The poet has not been PoW recently.
2. The poet has written a great and original poem.
3. The poet spends some time reading and commenting to encourage and support other members.
4. Mastery of the the language in which the poet writes is also important, although we should make some allowances in terms of spelling/grammar for people using English as a second language.

Everyone is welcome to participate
Please will all prompt participants download and use the image provided by the current week's prompt moderator, and state that the photo is used with permission of that person.
A poster will be provided for each new line prompt. Please use the poster with your poem. You will find these in the respective categories: POETS PHOTO PROMPTS OR POETS LINE PROMPTS.
Please also use hashtag #POETSPHOTOPROMPTS OR #POETSLINEPROMPTS and do invite at least one or two others to take part too. Everyone is welcome to take part, with or without an invitation.
